The livestock feed hammer mill is composed of three parts: motor, grinding chamber, and foundation bed. The motor is stoutly installed on the foundation bed. At the same level, the grinding chamber is mounted on the other side of the foundation bed. The grinding chamber shares the same shaft as the motor. When the button is on, the shaft of the motor drives the hammer plates installed on the bearing of the crushing chamber, rotating rapidly, so as to break down the feed raw materials in the grinding room. Then the sieves on the inside surface of the grinding chamber will rub the feed particle to a smaller size.

This feed hammer mill is designed for the general crushing of feed raw materials. It is suitable for most livestock or poultry feed pellet factories and food processing enterprises. It can process various raw materials, such as corn, maize, wheat bran, rice, sorghum, millet, yams, beans, eftovers, etc. The best moisture content of the raw materials is 8-14%.
